I find that it is VERY difficult to switch off the call forwarding as we are already "call forwarded" due to the nature of us having 2 dental offices. Is there a MUCH simpler way then the very frustrating way we have been shown thru your call reps. They do get very frustrated with it when we call and honestly it's a very tedius process. I generally have to call our IT person and pay them to do it for us. We disliked Verizon bc it wasn't stable enough BUT it was very easy to turn call forward on and off. We like this system but really dislike this one portion of it. Thanks, kris
