First off as an intro, I work as an IT Specialist supporting our company which is based out of West Chester PA.

So far 8x8 is great!  I'd really enjoy sharing what is working for us and also hear what is working for you!

Furthermore there are some things we are thinking of implementing and I would like to know if any of you all have implemented these features yourselves?

Features such as the call back feature, adding an IVR script to press a different # to reach a different department, Caller ID and more.

What is working for you all?  What features have you not implemented yet?  Are you all struggling with any areas?

    Let's help each other!

    Hi Drew,

We are a pest control company based out of Georgia, and are big fans of 8x8 and VCC. We have been on the platform for about 18 months and have really started utilizing different features and functions.

I have not implemented the call-back feature, but I do have an IVR script in place that allows callers to reach different departments.  I have most recently implemented the post-call survey feature and am finding it very benficial. The chat feature has been a game changer for my department. We didn't do any type of camplaign to drive customers to that communication method, but they seem to be migrating towards it and we are watching those numbers continue to climb each week.

My next to do will be implementing call-backs and bringing all the social platforms into VCC.

    Thanks,
    Amye Roberson
