After having a very quiet week last week, I tested calling my work number - only for the "The number you have called has not been recognised". Yet I can still call out with the number.
I created a ticket last night, yet it has been ignored and over 18 hours have now passed with zero response, I tried calling them, yet only on hold for nearly an hour with no answer - which I have unfortunately come to expect with 8x8, this is potentially costing my business thousands! Can anyone help?
