    In Roles and Permissions, Does anybody know what the difference is between an IT Admin and a Company Admin?

    hi Pat.  Good to hear from you.

    An IT admin has less permissions and can't affect things like PBX, company info, recordings.

    They mostly only have reign over user info, call flow, features.

    The nugget in all of this is you can click on the "eye" icon next to each role to see the exact permissions allowed in that role.
