What to do when you have issues?
- When using WorkD or WorkW while connected to your company with a VPN, and you are experiencing issues it is recommended to temporarily disconnect from the VPN to see if your issue resolves. When connected to your VPN all 8x8 traffic will be routed via your companies network.
- If there are multiple people working from home (participating in video conferences, or on phone calls etc) or using streaming services there may be a bandwidth constraint issue, see our SoHo Networking Design Best Practices to review usage.
- Depending on the headset you are using, you may try reducing background noise to improve voice quality
