Hi, I'm trying to port away my primary business number (786) area code out of an 8x8 Express account. The new provider for that number says 8x8 rejected the port request because we need a PIN. I'm an 8x8 Express customer and open a case C3797756 through a chat agent around 10 days ago to get this solve but I didn't receive a reply yet on my email with the info needed, could be possible to check with your porting team the status of this case.
