 Assign Ported Number to a New User.

Hi,

I have successfully ported two numbers from RingCentral to 8x8. One number got allocated by default to the super user I created while activating the account but the other number is not showing up in the lookup when I add another user. I already have 2 licenses for that. When I create user, system only allow me to select one of the new number available in inventory but now showing existing unallocated number.

I also do not find contact information to speak to my account manager..

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Nauman 

I have looked into your issue and I cannot see why the number is not available for you to select so I have raised a support case on your behalf, as you are an express customer, and you will have received an email with the case number in to respond to if required, to add anymore additional information.
