Hi,
I have successfully ported two numbers from RingCentral to 8x8. One number got allocated by default to the super user I created while activating the account but the other number is not showing up in the lookup when I add another user. I already have 2 licenses for that. When I create user, system only allow me to select one of the new number available in inventory but now showing existing unallocated number.
I also do not find contact information to speak to my account manager..
Any help will be appreciated.
